How to Report

If you encounter any illegal or objectionable content on Telegram, please report it to @notoscam, @stopCA, or via our Report Functionality:

• Report a message: Long-press on a message → Report
• Report a user: Go to their profile → More → Report
• Report a channel: Go to the channel → More → Report

Types of Violations

• Spam – Unsolicited messages, phishing, or unwanted content
• Child abuse – Any content that exploits minors
• Violence – Promotion of violent acts
• Illegal content – Drugs, weapons, fraud, or other illegal activity
• Fake channels – Impersonating public figures or organizations

Telegram is an important tool for people living under repressive regimes. We carefully review law enforcement requests and only cooperate in cases of confirmed terrorist activity.
